We will review the impetus for establishing a Data Strategy for the organization, why we focused on Master Data Sharing in lieu of Master Data Management, and how the Data Strategy supported various Business initiatives from a consumption-based viewpoint.
Topics of discussion include:
- Prelude to the strategy - trials and tribulations
- Crafting the strategy - major components
- Master Data and the strategy - sharing vs. management
- Outcome of the strategy - focus on consumer
- Path-forward of the strategy - what is on the horizon
Please join us for this discussion which hopefully provides insight into our Data Strategy approach for sharing Master Data and the effect of the strategy across the organization.
